Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which subscriptions or payments made on GuineeTV.com may be canceled or refunded.

By using our services, you agree to the rules described below.


1. Subscriptions and payments

Guinee TV offers paid subscription plans allowing access to TV channels, premium content and exclusive services.
All transactions are processed via secure payment providers.


2. Cancellation policy

2.1. Cancellation by user

You can cancel your subscription at any time from:
My Account → Subscription → Cancel

Cancellation:

  • Prevent automatic renewal

  • Does not immediately remove your access

  • Your access remains active until the end of the period already paid

2.2. Cancellation by Guinee TV

Guinee TV reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription in the event of:

  • Fraud

  • Account abuse

  • Violation of the T&Cs

  • Invalid or disputed payment

  • Illegal activity

No refund will be made in the event of a violation of the T&Cs.


3. Refund Policy

Guinee TV applies a transparent and strict policy:

3.1. Non-refundable payments

As a general rule, all subscription payments are non-refundable, except as described below.

3.2. Exceptional cases where a refund is possible

A refund can only be given in the following situations:

  • Double payment confirmed

  • Technical billing error

  • Payment debited but subscription not activated

  • Serious and prolonged service failure (more than 72 hours) – and at the discretion of Guinee TV

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during purchase.

3.3. Cases not eligible for reimbursement

  • Poor quality of user's Internet connection

  • Problems with user's device

  • Content or channel temporarily unavailable

  • Partial use or non-use of the service

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Suspension due to non-compliance with the T&Cs


4. Reimbursement deadlines

If a refund is approved, the time frame depends on the payment method:

  • Mobile Money: 1 to 5 business days

  • Bank cards: 3 to 14 working days

  • Other methods: depending on the service provider


5. How to request a refund

Send an email to:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with the account

  • Proof of payment (receipt, screenshot, transaction ID)

  • The reason for your request

Our team will respond to you within 24 to 72 hours.


6. Account termination

Deleting your account does not result in an automatic refund.
Previously made payments remain in full and are non-refundable.


7. Policy Change

Guinee TV may modify this policy at any time.
The update date will appear at the top of this page.
